It all started as a side hustle and now, I am addicted!
As a single mom, I needed a second income,
to be able to provide for my two little boys.
With an educational background in management and event planning, lots of previous experience working with kids and a passion for art & colors, my new baby, quickly turned into a fun, successful,
grown-up business!
From private birthday parties, baby showers,
weddings, exhibitions, store openings,
festivals, sport tournaments & corporate events,
We cover it all!
After the massive success in face painting and all the beautiful feedback from each customer we served,
we were able to add more services including full event planning
to help our clients build their dream events!

How early do I need to book?
We recommend that you book with us at least 6 to 8 weeks in advance. The earlier you contact us, the higher the chance that you find your preferred date & time available.
How do I secure my booking?
Once you receive the quote & are ready to proceed with the booking, a security deposit will be required via e-transfer to Rachelle_facepainting@outlook.com
The security deposit amount varies depending on the number of services booked and is not refundable, but it can be transferable to a different date in case of emergency (limit of one date change per deposit)
How much are your services?
Service fee varies depending on several criteria such as the type of event, location, number of guests and services required.
We are happy to offer bundle rates when more than 3 services are booked; Contact us with your event details & receive your free personalized quote shortly after (Within 2-3 business days)
Do you offer services in french?
Absolutely! We offer services in french and are proudly bilingual!
Do you offer services outside of Ottawa?
Certainly! We also cover the surrounding areas of Eastern Ontario & Western Quebec. A travel surcharge may apply depending on your location.
How do we handle payments?
Payments can be made cash or via e-transfer to Rachelle_facepainting@outlook.com
Cancellation policy
In the event of a cancellation, the client must give written notice of cancellation a minimum of seven (7) days prior to their booking. In that case, the client only forfeits the paid deposit. If the notice of cancellation is given less than seven (7) days but more than three (3) days prior to the booking, the client shall be required to pay fifty percent (50%) of the owed balance.
If the event is cancelled less than three (3) days prior to the booking, or if the client fails to give notice
of cancellation, then the client shall be responsible for the full amount due.
In the event that a booking needs to be rescheduled due to a last minute emergency, then the event
will be rescheduled to an available time slot without penalty to the client.
